Privacy policy
This notice covers data processing planned for the initial website release. Company details that remain unconfirmed are marked explicitly rather than assumed.
Information collected
The five business forms may collect form fields such as name, company, phone, email, product model, and requirement or issue descriptions, plus attachments voluntarily uploaded by the user. Attachments will be limited to formats and sizes defined by later form rules.
Purposes
Information is used to handle product inquiries, OEM/ODM requirements, technical support, after-sales service, and repair / RMA; contact the submitter; verify requirements; and retain necessary service records. It is not used for unrelated automated decision-making.
Storage and retention
Initial-release records are planned to be stored in a SQLite database on the deployment server, with attachments in a controlled server directory. The suggested retention period is 180 days. The final policy requires company confirmation and remains subject to applicable law, contracts, and dispute-handling requirements.
Access and deletion requests
Staff process access, correction, or deletion requests through manual review after confirming identity and retention obligations. The privacy request channel is not yet confirmed: Pending company confirmation: privacy request contact email. It is not assumed to be the inquiry email.
Analytics and promotion
Baidu Tongji and Baidu Promotion may be enabled only after the relevant consent is obtained and configuration is complete. Their scripts are not loaded without consent or configuration.
Cross-border access
Users outside China may access this site and submit information across borders. Information is currently planned to be stored on the website deployment server. Server location, cross-border arrangements, and required notices still need confirmation by the company and deployment provider.
Security and updates
Access controls and backup measures appropriate to the business scale will be used, but no internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy will be updated when forms, deployment, or third-party configuration changes.
